Crown Lenthening

This is a case of crown lengthening done using electrocautery. there is a minimal bleeding and the surgical area is aseptic

Post and core

this rvg is taken to confirm the apical position of the gp point and the post, as the preparation for the post is not done by conventional method (like filling the whole RC and preparing for post). In this one i measured the length with apex locator cutoff the GP only 5-6 mm lenth and paced in the canal and sealed and the post is placed. it is bit tricky procedure, but worth as it reduces the chances of gp seperation when preparing post in conventional procedure.
