Fun in LCF

The more you do LCF in sunlight, the more is the esthetics. I prefer thats the best way to do. I keep habit of doing LCF and Teeth selection for RPD or bridge or JC in day light, where i can get the best of the chroma and hue and the outcome is good.

Apisectomy with retrograde filling

This was a patient case with a chronic periapical granuloma. the RCT has been done and an apisectomy with retrograde filling(GC VII) is done under a magnification loop.

A case of bypassed canal

This is a case with a fracture file that has been located which was done by some of our fellow dentist. The file has been located and it has been bypassed as the removal of it was unsuccessful. the bypass is done with profile which was done with ease

MB2 canal

This is the case which was explored by me finding the MB2 canal, which was said to be a difficult task. It took me an hour to find the MB2 canal. thanks for the ultrasonic scalers as they eased me in exploration by minimal tooth cutting in the pulpal floor
