This is a case with a fracture file that has been located which was done by some of our fellow dentist. The file has been located and it has been bypassed as the removal of it was unsuccessful. the bypass is done with profile which was done with ease
first set of xrays are useless does not show anything, in second case it does not seem like u have been able to bypass the file the obturation seems to be above the file ant not till apex. it would be interesting to have re xay at 3 month to evaluate the bone status
