I would definitely study the case before crowining all the teeth. I would recontour the inciasl edges slightly first of some of the teeth and then eveluate the smile. Tis might be all that may be needed for the central incisors based on the photo you have pasted. Then I would consider using composite. To fix the problem more permanently I would consider Veneers rathar than crowns as they are more conservative.
A yr old boy with multiple peg tooths. In this case the only treatment option is to go for a crown after all the tooths are erupted
